# GigsPool

> GigsPool is a talent marketplace where skilled professionals publish bookable services and clients schedule 1-on-1 sessions with them. It covers design, engineering, marketing, coaching, and more — with integrated scheduling, payments, and reviews.

GigsPool operates on two sides of a marketplace:

- **Talents** create a profile, define services (duration, price), set their weekly availability, and get booked by clients. Talents keep the net revenue after a platform fee (15% on the Free plan, 2% on the Pro plan at $12/month).
- **Clients** browse the talent directory, view profiles and reviews, and book a session by picking a date, time slot, and paying via Stripe. A cancellation policy applies: full refund >24h before the session, 50% between 2–24h, no refund within 2h.

The platform handles scheduling (timezone-aware slot generation), payments (Stripe PaymentIntents), automated email notifications (booking confirmations, reminders, review requests), and post-session reviews.
